Alejandra Fuentes
Economic Development Compliance Coordinator
Alejandra oversees and manages Compliance processes for the City’s Economic Development incentive and grant programs. She draws from over four years of experience in Compliance to liaise with grant recipients, community partners and City Council, and bring improvements to Compliance. In addition, Alejandra builds on previous experience in law and contract management through her prior role as a paralegal. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at El Paso. test
Delilah Cortez
Economic Development Compliance Analyst
Delilah delivers compliance reviews and is responsible for processing agreements, abatements, and amendments’ rebates. Delilah integrates her command of the spectrum of compliance procedures to improve the department’s strategic requirements. Prior to her role, Delilah created and implemented apprenticeship program contracts for the State of New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions in partnership with the US Department of Labor, while also meeting with program sponsors to complete compliance reviews and program audits. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque.
