COVID-19 Vaccinations in California
"How many people in California have received the vaccine, and which populations are under-represented or over-represented?"
Introduction
The Corona Virus pandemic has affected so many people around the world. We've all experienced so much during the past year of 2020, both the good and the bad. As we continue into 2021, we are starting to see a new hope that can hopefully help put an end to the year-long virus. This hope is the COVID-19 Vaccines.
As of today, millions of the vaccine doses are being administered in a majority of countries, including the United States. In the following presentation, we will be focusing on the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine in one specific state, California.

I have decided to research the COVID-19 vaccine distribution in California because I think it is important information, as it relates to the state of our race. As more people are vaccinated, the rates of COVID-19 cases are beginning to decrease as well. Therefore, it is important to know these stats. Right now, the COVID-19 vaccine is a majorly important tool in order to help us recover from the Corona Virus. The more people that are vaccinated, the closer we get back to our normal ways of life.
"How many people in California have received the vaccine, and which populations are under-represented or over-represented?"
In order to help answer this question, I have gathered and researched a variety of data relating to the COVID-19 vaccine- including the total number of vaccine doses that have been administered in each county of California, which areas are more densely vaccinated compared to others, and what could be the case for this.
