The Interstate Commission on the Potomac River Basin (ICPRB) is providing geospatial files for the

Potomac River Basin Drinking Water Source Protection Partnership’s (DWSPP’s) Land Prioritization

Mapping for Protecting Drinking Water Quality project. Recipients and users of these files agree to the

following:

1. That the recipient will not distribute the geospatial files to other entities but simply direct them to

contact ICPRB which will make it available to them. The reason for this request is to make sure that

ICPRB can contact all those who have the data to provide them with any updates in the future.

2. That the recipient will advise us if use of this data leads to a conservation easement being placed

on a parcel identified in the land prioritization project. The reason for this request is two-fold: (a)

this will allow us to report back to our sponsors who underwrote the research on its successful

application; and (b) so that we can remove the parcel from the database of “opportunity areas” for

conservation.

3. That any use of the tool be attributed to ICPRB and our sponsors via this suggested citation:
