This recovery plan for the Flint Hills Region of Kansas is created by the students of PLAN 703B: Off Campus Studies (Plan Making) taught by Dr. Shakil Kashem at Kansas State University. Four groups prepared recovery strategies for four broad functional areas: Community Infrastructure and Food Security, Workforce Health and Employment, Small Business and Local Economic Recovery, and Redesigning Public Spaces.
