Improving Frequency
Another common request is for our buses to run more often.
Improving bus frequency reduces wait times and gets riders to their destinations faster.
Better Bus expands our network of routes that run every 15 minutes or better on weekdays to include 23 Dickerson Pike, 7 Hillsboro Pike, and 4 Shelby.
You'll also see frequency improvements to our most heavily-used frequent network routes during the morning and afternoon rush hours.
Many routes that run every 40 to 90 minutes will be upgraded to operate every 20 to 60 minutes.
