Introduction

Imagine untouched wilderness resting upon a +1,000 foot elevation area with tall trees having an understory of ferns and wild rhododendrons. This is Welsh Mountain Preserve, managed by the Lancaster Conservancy, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Hiking trail names coincide with trail blaze colors, connecting Money Rocks County Park, serving as connectors, and the Blue Trail meandering the size of the preserve.
