- Paved, 10 feet wide, and designed to accommodate self-powered users of all abilities and ages.
- Allows safe north-south travel accross our town following the Eversource powerline corridor.
- Designated a CT Greenway on June 2, 2017
- Funding through grant money & in-kind services
- Construction of the trail is expected to be in several phases beginning with the middle section.

5-6 | The trail travels along Barber Hill Road to the SW Wildlife Sanctuary, picking up the power line corridor in the Sanctuary, ending on Niederwerfer Road. | 3B |
